Commercial Solar & Battery Installation for a Sports Centre
The Requirements
The client wanted to reduce their soon to be charged for electricity costs while making better use of renewable energy generated on-site. The system was designed to maximise daytime solar production and store excess electricity within a battery energy storage system for later use, helping to reduce reliance on grid electricity during peak demand periods.
Our Solution
Our team designed and installed a commercial rooftop solar PV system consisting of 64 high-efficiency solar panels, providing a generation capacity exceeding 30kW.
Alongside the rooftop installation, extensive internal electrical works are being completed to accommodate the commercial battery storage system. This includes new containment, inverter installation, battery infrastructure, AC and DC cabling, protection equipment and all associated electrical connections required to integrate the renewable energy system safely with the building's existing electrical installation.

Project Progress So Far
This project is currently progressing through the installation phase. The rooftop solar array has been installed, while the internal electrical works continue with the installation of the battery storage system, inverters and associated electrical infrastructure.
